The pages here describe who we are, the services we offer, how our process works, examples of our work, and how to request a consultation. All of it is general information about our company and services. 3. Requesting a consultation

The consultation form lets you tell us about your business and what you need. Sending it starts a conversation and nothing more. It does not create a client relationship, it does not commit either of us to a project, and it does not authorize any work to begin. We work with a limited number of businesses and may decline any request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive account credentials through the form.

4. Client work is governed by separate written agreements

Website design, development, hosting, maintenance, consulting, and every other service we perform for a client is governed by a separate written proposal, statement of work, service agreement, or client contract. The services, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and fees that apply to a particular project are the ones written into that agreement, not the general descriptions on this website.

5. Written agreements take precedence

If anything on this website conflicts with a signed written agreement between OnTrack and a client, the signed agreement controls. Nothing on this website changes, adds to, or removes anything from an agreement already in place.

6. No guarantee of results

Nothing on this website is a guarantee of any particular outcome. We do not guarantee business results, website traffic, search engine rankings, leads, sales, revenue, uptime or availability, security outcomes, or any other measure of performance. Any commitment about a specific project exists only where it is expressly stated in a signed agreement.

7. Ownership of this website and its content

The design, layout, text, graphics, logos, and other original material on this website are owned by OnTrack Web Solutions and Molded By Grace Business Group LLC, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law. The OnTrack Web Solutions name and logo are our marks. Screenshots, names, and material belonging to the businesses shown in our portfolio remain the property of their respective owners and are shown to illustrate work we performed.

8. How you may use this website

You may view, browse, and print pages of this website for your own personal or internal business use, including evaluating whether to work with us, and you are welcome to link to our pages. Any other use, including copying, republishing, redistributing, selling, or building a derivative work from our content, requires our written permission first.
