Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information OnTrack Web Solutions collects through this website, how that information is used and stored, who else handles it, and how you can reach us with a question or a request. We have written it in plain language so it is genuinely useful rather than decorative.

Who we are

OnTrack Web Solutions is a DBA (doing business as) of Molded By Grace Business Group LLC. We plan, build, host, maintain, and support WordPress websites for a limited number of businesses, and we operate from Texas, United States. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” mean OnTrack Web Solutions. Our website is ontrackwebsolutions.com, and you can reach us at Robert@ontrackwebsolutions.com.

Information you choose to give us

The only personal information this website collects is what you type into our consultation request form and send to us. Depending on what you fill in, that can include:

We also record that you checked the consent box confirming we may contact you about your request.

Please do not send passwords, payment card details, or other sensitive account credentials through this form. We do not ask for them, and we do not need them to start a conversation.

As with any website, our hosting provider maintains routine server logs as part of operating the server the website runs on. Those logs are created and held by the hosting provider rather than by us.

How we use what you send

We use consultation submissions to read and understand your request, decide whether OnTrack is a good fit for what you need, and reply to you using the contact method you chose. That is the entire purpose. We do not use this information for unrelated marketing, and asking for a consultation does not add you to a mailing list.

Where consultation submissions are stored

Submissions are stored inside this WordPress website, in the site’s own database, using the built-in form submissions feature in Elementor. They are not held by an outside form service. Access to stored submissions is limited to authorized OnTrack administrators who are signed in to the website.

How we are notified about a submission

When you submit the form, the website also sends an email notification to Robert@ontrackwebsolutions.com so we know a request has arrived. That notification is delivered through SMTP2GO, an outside email delivery service we use so notifications reliably reach our inbox rather than being lost or filtered. The notification is sent from our own OnTrack Web Solutions domain address, and your email address is set as the reply-to address so we can respond to you directly. SMTP2GO processes the contents of that notification email in order to deliver it.

How the consultation form is protected

We use several layers of protection so the form stays easy for people to use and unattractive to automated spam:

This website does not use CAPTCHA, reCAPTCHA, Cloudflare Turnstile, or any other third-party CAPTCHA or human-verification service. You are never asked to solve a puzzle or identify images, and none of this protection sends your information to an outside verification provider. The checks described above run on our own server.

Website analytics

This website uses Independent Analytics, a self-hosted analytics plugin that runs entirely inside this WordPress installation. It records basic information about page visits, such as which pages were viewed, where the visit came from, general device and browser type, and approximate location. That information is stored in this website’s own database.

Analytics information is not sent to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or any outside analytics company, and this website does not run advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking. Visits by signed-in OnTrack administrators are excluded from analytics so our own work does not distort the numbers.

Cookies, local storage, and similar technologies

This website is deliberately light on browser storage. As things currently stand:

If we ever add a tool that sets additional cookies or stores more in your browser, we will update this policy and add any notice or consent step required before that tool is turned on.

What we do not do

Outside services that help operate this website

A small number of outside providers handle limited information because they are necessary to operate the website and deliver email:

Each of these providers handles information only as needed to provide their service to us.

How long we keep your information

We keep consultation submissions for as long as they are needed to respond to your request and to maintain reasonable business records. We have not adopted a fixed deletion schedule, so we do not promise a specific timeline for removal. You can ask us to delete what you submitted at any time using the contact address below.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information stored on this website. Those measures include serving the site over an encrypted HTTPS connection, limiting access to stored submissions to authorized administrators, and keeping WordPress, the theme, and plugins updated as part of our normal maintenance work.

No website, database, or method of transmitting information over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. We do not claim otherwise, and we cannot guarantee the security of information you send us.

Your choices and requests

You can email Robert@ontrackwebsolutions.com to ask what you submitted, to ask us to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We will respond to reasonable requests. Depending on where you live, privacy laws may give you additional rights; this policy describes our actual practices rather than attempting to summarize rights we have not confirmed apply to us.

Questions about this policy

If anything here is unclear, or you want to know how a specific piece of information is handled, email Robert@ontrackwebsolutions.com and we will explain it.
